I don't think you can
If you want to up-load a doc file to one of these Image hosting sites, try renaming It to a jpeg file.
Example ... Mycat.doc to Mycat.jpeg
Then when someone downloads the file, have them rename It back to Mycat.doc

as long as your pbrush is configured to handle those types. Otherwise, you can always do the same thing in any photoshopping type software.
(You can run paintbrush by going to Start Menu->Run-> then type in pbrush. Or, you can run it from the Accessories Menu.)
