According to my Stat thing over at Quitnet:

Time Smoke-Free: 4 days, 12 hours, 3 minute and 32 seconds

Cigarettes NOT smoked: 90

Lifetime Saved: 16 hours

Money Saved: $24.00

It's rough, but I'm gonna keep on it. No way am I putting myself through this again! :crazy:

My wife & I went 4 months smoke free, until we relapsed 10 days ago (we're back on the wagon now!)

My Quit Date was 3/10/98.

Six years, two months, three weeks, two days, 16 hours, 23 minutes and 41 seconds. 56917 cigarettes not smoked, saving $7,825.95. Life saved: 28 weeks, 1 day, 15 hours, 5 minutes.

12. Hang in there, bb -- I've been there, and I know you can do it!!!
Once you get past the first few weeks, the idea of a cigarette will probably make you sick -- I kid you not.

Keep it going -- you're really doing a nice thing by honoring yourself this way.
