Little American flag pins |
|
I guess I'm in a pondering mood tonight, but nowadays every politician is sporting a little American flag pin on his/her lapel. My question is, do they just own one flag pin and change it every day when they put on their new suit or do they own a bunch and just keep it on all of their suits as to not seem "un-patriotic" if they forget to put it on.
Any thoughts or better yet answers??
To quote George Carlin, "These are the thoughts that kept me out of the really good schools"

3. Notice Who Predominantly Wears Them. |
|
The GOP has made this more or less their trademark. If you notice politicians on TV, take notice of the fact that the GOP are the ones who have them on their lapels and not so much the Dems. It apparently makes them patriotic, you know, most of which have never served their government in any way other than elected office. After all unless you have a flag lapel pin and wave three or four flags at the same time you can't be an American.
