I'm so tired I'm hallucinating
I can't remember the last time I've had REM sleep.

  • Sunday - Evensong then practice to 3 a.m. up at 5:30 a.m.
  • Monday - Lug refrigerator sized speaker column up and down stairs, rehearsal, party, practice to 3 a.m. up at 5:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday - I have no idea - complete blank
  • Wednesday - chase around town finding elecronics parts, soccer game, tear down equipment, lug speaker colums around 'til 1 a.m. up at 3 a.m.
  • Thursday (today??) - 5 a.m. rehearsal

Proposed:

  • 10:30 lug 1/4 ton of requipment down four flights of stairs and lug to rehearsal hall
  • 11:00 assemble synthesizers and speaker columns
  • 12:00 practice
  • 2:30-4:30 work at office
  • 4:30 to 6:00 drive home then eat
  • 6:30-7:00 drive to reherasal
  • 7:00-10:30 rehearse
  • 10:30- party

include in all of the above worry, stress and panic. A lot of the equipment is malfunctioning, needs servicing or is so new (eg. 16-track mixer) that I'm not used to it yet.

I also have no music. I'm playing by ear or off choir parts or full score. If I have time this weekend I may write something up but that means lugging some of the synths back upstairs to use as MIDI controllers for Cakewalk.

There's a lizard crawling on the ceiling. Please tell it to put some pants on.

1. For me.....
It's been a long time since I've had REM sleep. Last night I got 3 1/2 hours of sleep mostly due to a neck injury I may have.

2. Friend, you need to get get some rest before
you hurt yourself or someone. People have varying degrees of tolerance for lack of sleep. YOu could end up with some real heath problems due to loss of judgement, etc from lack of sleep.

Good luck.

3. I think I've got Monday and Tuesday confused
There was a Monday rehearsal followed by practice.
There was a Tuesday rehearsal for which I needed the refrigerator-sized speaker (760 series Leslie)
Wednesday I was helping ref the soccer game but half the time the ball looked like a rabbit and I was afraid it was going to drink my slurpee.
