Questions for DUers who live outside the United States
This is merely my curiosity.

Where do you live? Are you a citizen of that country? Do you have dual citizenship where you live and the USA or any other country?

What do you do for a living? Do you earn a living that affords you all you need?

Are the politics of the leadership where you live close to your own beliefs?

Feel free to offer any other info you care to.

Thanks!

9. Clarification
The last yes applies to the federal level. (Lula!)

In the city level the answer is: "No, although the guy doesn't really suck that much".

In the state level the answer is: AIEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! (Gang of corrupt evangelical pseudo-Christian fundies)

I'm attending the Technical University in Berlin. I have a room in East Berlin - I manage OK.

The politics of the Leadership are difficult. I disagree with the city district Government; support the Lord Mayor, but dislike most other City Senate Members.
On Federal Level, I have met most Ministers - I will vote for them again, I will campaign for them again. However it is difficult to support some decisions.

As to citizenship: I am a German citizen; sadly dual citizenship is not possible in Germany (the conservatives blocked it, using a xenophobic campaign). Not that I'd take another citizenship, but it would be nice to be able to (in theory I meet the requirements for two other nations).

5. To be successful as an FBI mole you need to be more subtle LOL

To answer your ? for my file

Vancouver B.C. Canada

Citizen of Australia

Computer Tech

Currently we have a group of Fascists running the Province of B.C.
Ironically they are called the Liberal Party of B.C.

In reality they are an unholy alliance of the worst the far right in British Columbian politics has to offer.

They are a one trick pony (cut services less corporate tax)& will be thrown out of office by this time next year.

No they are not anywhere near my beliefs

7. Hey Bertha
Canadian citizen, no dual citizenship.

I am a real estate appraiser with a decent income that does afford me the necessities of life.

I am a democratic socislist - NDP - but the Liberals are doing a not too ad job - could be better.

Election coming up and they will moe than likely form another gov. but might need the NDP's help - maybe a coalition.

The only thing I'm missing right now is the man I've fallen in love with - better known to you as Camero.

Bubblesby

ps how goes it with you and Kathy?:hug:

13. Hi there!
Where do you live?

Spain.

Are you a citizen of that country?

Yes. I was born and I live there.

Do you have dual citizenship where you live and the USA or any other country?

No.

What do you do for a living? Do you earn a living that affords you all you need?

By now I don't need to do anything since I'm a High School student still living with his parents. :D

Are the politics of the leadership where you live close to your own beliefs?

Yes! Since a couple of months ago though...

22. I live in Mexico....
I'm an ex-pat...so I'm american and have no dual citizenship.

I'm retired (disability) and receive enough to live on very comfortably in Mexico but not in the US. At times I earn extra money playing keyboards at a local beach club.

The Mexican government would do much better for the people if the US government left them alone. I admire Pres. Fox and believe he has done alot to benefit the Mexican people. Much better than the last governments.

As a gay man I find living in Mexico to be ideal. The people 'just do not care'! I've always been treated with respect and kindness and have more boyfriends than I know what to do with (well I do know what to do with them :o, but sex threads are not allowed)!

How is Mrs. Venation doing...still improving and gardening?

And, I'm super...thanks for asking.

:smoke:
