"It really doesn't matter if the person who hurt you
deserves to be forgiven. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. You have things to do and you want to move on."

1. But what if they don't forgive you
I have a couple of situations where the person who I have/had a conflict with where we were both wrong in some way. As far as I know from people close to them, they are still angry at me and don't want to talk to me. I feel bad about these situations. I'd like to be able to be forgiven and forgive. I suppose that the only thing that I can do is the forgiving part. It is hard to forgive them though for the part about continuing to be angry with me and never wanting to see me again. I am very hurt about that part.

4. If they don't forgive you?

I guess that's their karma. I try to not worry about other peoples karmic debt. I've got enough of my own. If you have forgiven them, even if only in your heart, then that may be the best you can ask for.

2. Is it OK to just forget them instead of forgiving them?
Because there's some people that some would say I need to forgive, but I don't think of them much anymore.
