Next time you listen to or read a Shrub speech, listen to how repetitive he is.

In his pre-war address to the country, he mentioned 9-11 4-5 times, never directly linking Saddam to 9-11. A few days later, 60% of the country though Iraq was linked to 9-11.

You have to repeat things often to get people to remember them.
