2. Compay was my favorite of BVSC. I particularly like the poem

he put to song "Son De Negros En Cuba" on the CD "Lo Mejor De La Vida". He was not the composer of 'de Tula', however.

El Cuarto de Tula Son) was composed by Sergio Siaba. Extended descarga (Cuban jam style) featuring the soneros Ibrahim Ferrer and Manuel 'Puntillita' who join in improvising lyrics. The timbales are played by the 14-year-old Julienne Oviedo Sánchez.
