Fantastic jams and relishes. If they have the Sourwood honey, buy all you can get your hands on. Nectar of the Gods!

I've always meant to get over that way. (I avoid Gatlinburg like the plague.) Maybe this time, I'll check out Cosby. Usually, we stay over on the NC side near Cherokee or Maggie Valley. Less developed...somewhat.

they've been coming out of the woods the past few weeks. Even been spotted here in Hillsborough.

Driving. This is kind of an interesting trip. It will probably be the last trip that my wife and I take with both the kids since my daughter is off to university in a few weeks. My mother-in-law is also going...and this is likely to her last trip to the Smokies, as well. :(

I'll have fun going and while I'm there, but I suspect that I'll be a little bummed on the way home.
