I'd go for the one with the color. Hard choice.

13. Wonderful!!!!
I am happy to hear the term "dummy" is still used. Worked in editorial (features) at the Chicago Tribune for a while in the early 1970s. Such a familiar term, thought it might have gone the way of the dinosaur in this digital age.

17. We never used that term.
This was still in the days of "hot type". I remember being in the composing room one time when the foundry caught fire. What a smell! All that melting lead.

14. #2 Kids 'n 'Chutes
It's great pic both for color and composition. I like the slightly skewed angle.

I like the top one, but her face is too dark. The contrast is a little much. Can you lighten it a bit? Just enough to see her face more clearly.

19. I like the girl
if you had some time to work on her. As someone mentioned, the background on her is distracting, so crop in as tight as you can. Don't worry if you cut into her a bit to do it. The focus is all on the eyes and smile anyway.

In Photoshop, use the dodge tool to lighten up the shadows on her face a tad.

Both will work, but I'm partial to faces and you can never lose with cute kids.
