actually I once read a short story about Ronald - that he was a regular guy who had been kidnapped and forced into slavery for the McDonald's corporation...

the Ronald McDonald Children's Hospital at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL.

One of the triplets spent 24 hours there in neonatal intensive care.
