Make this a Reagan free week from TV and radio
I am hoping Air America does not join in on the Reagan love fest, but if it does then here are some things one can do during the Reagan shiva week.....

1. Read....so many anti Bush books...so little time. Time not spent watching TV or listening to the radio can be spent gaining more information on the evils of the current administration.

2. Watch DVDs....there is Bowling for Columbine...The Awful Truth Seasons I and II...Roger and Me...Noam Chomsky DVDs...movies by John Sayles (Matewan comes to mind right now as a good pro labor/union movie)...Grapes of Wrath came out on DVD a few weeks ago, watch it.

3. Clean out the closets. Donate clothes to Goodwill or set up an ebay account and auction them off there.

4. Clean the yard, if you have one.

5. Ride a bike. Take a walk.

6. Go to see a movie. Surely there is *something* out there you want to see but feel you don't have the time. Taking part in the Reagan free TV week allows you the time. Harry Potter is good. If you feel you are missing TV (especially Faux News), then remember the remake of the Stepford Wives opens on June 11.

7. Paint and watch the paint dry for even this is more interesting than anything to do with Reagan.

So many things to do to make it a Reagan free week!

ENJOY!!!!!

1. My list..
1. The Books: I have two "bricks" on two major battles of WW2, Stalingrad & Berlin. I think it's time to pick them up again.

2. Watch movies - I've just recieved Bowling For Columbine, Lord of the Rings pt 3 is out (back to back watching should be agonizing - did it when pt 3 opened in theatres).

3. Clean up my apartment - and find out just how bad my taste in music used to be.

3. 8. Volunteer
Go out and help the people Reagan so royally screwed. That is the best way to dis-honor his legacy.

5. I was just starting to get back into politics again too...sigh....
The Reagasm is just too much. No tv for me this week!

I was in high school when they started cutting out all our programs because of Reagan's funding. FUCK REAGAN. Our school went from having special ed, clubs, and feild trips to football and basketball, and that's it. New books every 10 years instead of every 4. FUCK REAGAN. He destroyed my generation's chances to learn.

Once again -- FUCK REAGAN.
