What is a "Beauty Steak"?
Our grocery store here in KY is selling a steak called a "Beauty Steak" and it kind of looks like a Rib-eye Steak but with more fat.
They are selling it for $4.00 a pound which is a decent price.

Does anyone know what kind of steak it is?

1. Ribeye - strange name eh?
Ribeye Steak
Similar to a Rib Steak, the ribeye does not contain the rib bone. This premium steak is juicy and flavorful with generous marbling throughout.
Also called: Beauty Steak, Delmonico Steak, Spencer Steak

2. It's just another name for a boneless rib-eye steak
Also called a Delmonico steak, a Spencer steak, a market steak, or a fillet steak.

3. Never heard of it.
But since I am a vegetarian, I don't pay too much attention to the meat department.

4. I lasted for about 6 hours one time as a vegetarian
I grew up on meat and I can't kick the habit.

I have admiration for you and I wish that I could do it but I can't.
