The name of episode is "All Due Respect." Here's the synopsis from HBO's site:

Tony's crew circles the wagons as Johnny Sack turns up the heat. Carmela counts her blessings; Christopher is freaked out by an unexpected visitor; Benny's connection to the plumbers' union comes in handy; AJ demonstrates his business acumen; and Tony ponders whether to execute a "sacrifice bunt."

Are there any other forgotten Sopranos characters? The Robert Patrick gambler-dad guy. Frank Sinatra Jr. The female Don from Naples and her demented father. Richie Aprile's effeminate son. The Bada Bing guy who always got beat up. Meadow's biracial boyfriend and nutcase roommate. Oh, and I haven't seen Hesh this season have I?

They should all get together and form an Anti-Sopranos spinoff Team!
