Hurray for non-aerosol shave gels!

I hate those damn cans that squirt off the dollop you use and then always dribble out a bunch more, leaving a mess.

It's also designed not to foam up very much, so I can actually SEE the grain of my beard (which goes in all different directions on my neck) when I shave.

Only $3.99 at my local Walgreen's, too. Cool.

1. I used the Jack Black shave gel for a while.

Then my mom bought a 6-pack of Gillette gel she got at Sam's for a buck three eighty...I liked the Jack Black stuff. It had mint extract in it. It was refreshing.

I use Burt's Bees shaving soap and a brush, personally (one loaf of soap, $3, lasts me about 18 months), but I bet that gel is mighty nice, too.

5. I've used similar stuff called Kiss My Face

It's in a pump, and I used it with a brush. Super good shave. However, I ran out and can't find it any more. I'll have to look for this other stuff, though I really love my Conair Hot Lather Machine. It's sweeeet, but I can't exactly take it on trips.
