I need this to be of low cost or no cost because I have no money.

I would turn off the TV, stop posting on an internet message board and get your ass outside and get your heart rate up for awhile.

11. I didn't read that he/she was suicidal. Just depressed...
Contact your local NAMI(National Alliance for the Mentally Ill) chapter. They have therapists that donate time. It's a very good organization.

10. I'm glad you are acknowledging this, man.
That's the first step to getting better. Recognizing that there is a problem. Where I live there are clinics that charge you on your ability to pay. If you have no income coming in you don't have to pay. I found out about these through a local university's psychology department.

It looks like a couple of DUers have posted some good resources for you to check into. I hope you check into these and remember there's no shame in asking for help. It just might save your life.

14. A lot of hospitals have programs for low income people
Research it. They dont like to tell anyone but they do exist.
