This is the summer movie I have been waiting for. I have my fingers crossed that the movie is as good as the trailer. The cast looks great and the town looks scary and funny.
And unlike many remakes, I think this is a movie that really could use an update over the very good original one.

The advanced reviews haven't been kind, either. Personally, though opposed at first, I'm looking forward to the remake of The Manchurian Candidate.

I saw the previews and Meryl Streep looks amazing. Could another Oscar be won for the same role in a remake?

but then I heard someone say it was a mix of drama and comedy. I have heard nothing else about that but if that is true.........
These people look and act like my in laws so I see nothing at all funny about this subject. I have been fighting this shit for over 20 years!
