Calgary had the puck past Tampa's blue line for about seven of those ten minutes -- and not only were they unable to score, they never even had a decent shot on goal!

That Tampa has a team is weird enough, but for them to take the cup would just be wrong.

You know, on the "goal" where Brett Hull's skate was so far in the crease he coulda kicked the post. Whereas I don't really believe in hockey teams being anywhere where hockey can't be played on ponds in the winter, I despise Dallas far more than Tampa.

I honestly think that if the series would have been best of 9, 11 or 13 -- you couldn't predict who would win, and the series would have gone the distance. I mean, the only team to put together back-to-back wins was Tampa -- and that was the last two games.

It was a hard-fought series all around, and it's difficult to pin the label "loser" on the Flames just because they didn't win in the end.

Sorry, I had no horse in the race but simply seeing thousands of idiots banging their thunder sticks(even when watching the game via closed circuit) turned me into wishing defeat for the ultimately victorious TB. Oh well...may Tampa remained cursed with the Devil Rays.
