economics.When you help those who need it the least, they turn around and invest it in making additional Rolex watches which creates jobs in Switzerland.Because of globalization, a job in Switzerland is the same as a job in Chicago,so everybody benefits.If Americans cannot find jobs in the new global economy, it is their own fault because they have to learn to live on two bowls of rice a day like the Chinese and Indians.And they have to retrain for the new economy,
everyone must at least have three Ph.D. s in their lifetime.
Ronald Reagan was a great President, don't ever forget that.
