to honor the huge amount of money wasted on defense during his reign.

1. That is excellent!

This needs legs. All of those military officers that were ensigns, etc in RayGun's era are all Cmdr. Spendthrifts there now. Been in only mild trouble for govt. credit card abuse: buying palm pilots for everyone in the office that never leave their boxes, $400 briefcase by one officer, etc. They said they were going to get it under control, but from what I've heard, they never have.
