1. How many pet pictures can we submit?
Edited on Thu Jun-10-04 02:55 PM by molly
I probably have more than anyone on DU!

AWWWWW....I just went to the pet gallery. They are so cute - except I don't like snakes.

3. I just spent about four or five hours posting pet photos.
So I'm thinking that from now on we should limit submissions to one picture per pet.

7. You do know...
...that many of us will now spend hours--nay, days or weeks--trying to wade through a bunch of hard copy and digital pictures just to find the ONE, don't you? LOL.

43. No, never.
:)

Actually, it's not quite so bad anymore, since Taco Bell discontinued that ad campaign. But a couple years ago it got pretty irritating. Whenever we'd take him for a walk, people would yell "Taco Bell!"

42. I want a picture of Romeo pissing on Cutout George
Take him to work, force him to drink lots of water and photograph the memories

BTW, I think Cutout George should be added to the gallery - he's part of the family now

I was not asking of 1 pet - multiple photographs. Geez - this is embarrassing - but I love all of them!

8. That's so sweet.
I guess you must be quite a person to love even the cold-blooded creatures. It's kind of funny to hear someone refer to their snake as a baby.

24. It's hard to explain
But they're very gentle and sweet creatures. You can't help but fall in love with them. My husband was okay with me getting a snake, and now he loves them as much as I do. Especially Sheikh. She's his sweetie.

26. I'm not judging.

Believe me--I'd probably make a pet of one if I had it.

I've lost my little cat Duck this afternoon. We had someone over doing the floors and she's gone. She usually hides when there's something like that going on, but I've checked all her hidey-holes and now have every closet emptied and lumped in the middle of the floors. She's nowhere. I found out the workman had left the door propped open for a while, after he'd had it propped open for quite a bit.

She's never been outside--she was born inside and has only been outside zipped up in our jackets. So she's probably scared to death and knows nothing about traffic, etc.

I really hope she turns up soon.

I meant it when I said you must be quite a person--I wasn't being facetious, btw.

50. Oh, me too.
I did my share of crying and cussing and walking the neighborhood with her little stuffed elephant that plays "Let Me Call You Sweetheart." I'm certain the neighbors now think I'm as mad as was Lady Macbeth.

Duck casually came out of the laundry cove around 9-9:30 p.m., a place I had checked repeatedly. But she must have been behind the washer or dryer and I simply didn't see her. She was still pretty scared, but she's fine today.

Thanks.

Along with Petey aka popcorn Pete and Mexican Jumping Pete and Lady Bird. Piper is often known as the Easter Chicken or the Thanksgiving Chicken, depending on the time of year.

Thanks Skinner. You're doing a great job!

Kidding. You're right, i would say. There are two kinds of gray cats. Gray on gray tigers, and solid gray. Seen one of either and you've seen the whole set. Don't know why, but i would say that's true.
