25. Long hair is lower maintenance

I found this out myself when I was working so much that I turned around one day and realized I hadn't had a haircut in 3 months, but by then it was almost long enough to tie back in a ponytail. That was 14 years ago and I haven't cut it short since. I only have to go in for trims now and then to cut off the split ends. Granted I'm a gal, but I don't have any bad hair days. If it doesn't look good for some reason, I just tie it back. Mine is wavy/curly (a cross between Julia Roberts and Howard Stern) so I don't even blow dry it.

Unless you have to have it short for a job or something, I think every guy should have long hair at least once in their life, but no mullets please.
