Dave showed a clip of bush explaining the term "24/7" - where bush expalins to the typically arranged crowd that "24/7" means "24 hours a day, 7 days a week."
Letterman then looks up from the cards and says, "I'm gonna miss that guy." The audience roared.
(While I was writing this, still with Letterman on, a commercial for "Fahrenheit 9/11" came on. Wonder if that was (or will be) seen network wide?)

1. I saw the F911 ad here too |
|
(Dallas/Ft. Worth)
The ad was the first during the break. Likely a network run (nationwide) rather than local.
The AMC mega-plex in Mesquite (fundie Dallas suburb, home of the Mesquite Rodeo) is showing F911.
Freakin' Mesquite, Texas!
