2. I don't know about drunks...

... but about eight or nine years ago, a New York City Transit bus driver lost control of his bus for something like nine or ten blocks. Hit lots of cars, including ramming the rear end of the first natural gas-powered taxi in NYC and pushing it about three blocks from where it was parked. Finally stopped when it crashed into a building, as I recall.
