Do stupid people deserve to die? If yes or no please tell me why...

Last night I was driving to work. A divided road. The right side of the road (where I'm driving) is 2 lanes. The left side of the road has one lane.

I'm getting near to an intersection, driving in the left lane of the two lane street, when a car stops on the other side of the road. A truck pulls up behind him and, instead of waiting for me to pass (there was no one behind me), whips into my lane and starts heading straight at me. I have to swerve to avoid hitting him head-on.

This morning I'm headed for home. I'm going through a green light when an Asian man starts walking across the street, against the light, right in front of me while looking at his cell phone. I slam on my brakes and honk and he gives me a dirty look.

Is it just my imagination or are people getting stupider?

3. Yes, people are getting more stupid

Thanks to safety advances and onerous safety laws, many, who should have died before they were able to reproduce, have spread their "stupidity" genes much farther than natural selection would ever have allowed. We need to allow natural selection to WORK. Get read of helmet laws, seat belt laws, and drug laws. Allow nature to work as intended!

2. Both of those things have less to do with stupidity

than they do with self centeredness and lack of civic pride.

The attitude of, fuck them, I'm more important has become rampant in our society. Something I am more than willing to blame the Repukes starting with Reagan for. Yes, fuck those welfare queens, how dare they take my money. How dare my money be used to help the needy. Fuck them, they're all lazy pricks no doubt.

5. I suspect...

that people are so used to being protected against everything, that they just don't realise that they are doing stupid things.

Everything I do has to be risk assessed, I have to sign forms absolving anyone of any blame should I hurt myself. If I trip on a dodgy pavement I'm allowed to sue the local authority - it's fucking daft.
