We want to change our Cingular plan from whatever it is now to something with nationwide coverage, as we're tired of roaming charges. Anybody have this plan? Do you like it?

3. I have something like that.
Cingular nation wide with no roaming charges and unused minutes roll over. I have a good bank of unused minutes, and my land line no longer has any long distance charges.

I can't tell you how it works when traveling; I'm leaving town next week for the first time since I changed my plan last January.

My only complaint is that I don't get a signal in the narrow, rural valley I keep and ride my horse.

4. Just rolled out of Cingular after 4 yrs.....
their customer service was nonexistent. Their access while traveling was not very good. Many places in remote regions were difficult to get a signal. I know they just merged with ATT but that is who I went with and so far I am very happy with the coverage. I travel coast to coast extensively. The ATT GSM roaming plan seems to be very good. Have not received my first bill yet. I hope for no surprises.
