I ate nothing but hamburgers today. Ask me anything! |

Skipped breakfast, had a cup o' joe.
Lunch- went to a friend's house for a BBQ. Ate 2 burgers. Dinner- had a BBQ for the family at our house. Ate 2 more burgers. Evening snack- went to the fridge, ate a cold leftover burger from the dinner BBQ.
The final tally for the day: 5 hamburgers, 3 buns (I am carb-conscious, after all), various condiments, soda, water, and a cup of coffee.
This can't be healthy, right?

If so, then you also had a milk product. That makes it healthy.
