Goldfrapp: Yea or nay?
I just saw the video for "Strict Machine". I am fascinated, but at the same time apprehensive. You?

1. I think nay

But then again, I'm excruciatingly snobby, so...

:P

They're not horrid, but I definitely have my reservations with regard to the amount of hype they've received. The bands/groups that get this type of push rarely live up to it. ;)

Btw, howareya? :hi:

2. Why?

Is it too pop? Thats what's giving me my reticence. It almost sounds like a techno Pink. But, at the same time, its so psychedelic and sensual, it hits that spot in my brain. Peaches on acid, mayhaps?

Edit: I am well.

3. Again, I'm hugely snobbish
when it comes to anything that's even remotely considered *electronic*. It's really not bad at all, it's just...I dunno, it's missing something that makes it *genuine*, y'know?

4. I understand...............
I guess I'm just a frustrated producer at heart. I like lovingly multi-tracked music and still believe that ELO is the shit.

If I wanted to listen to "I feel love", then I would.

Song was...meh. Nothing to really me interested you know.

So it's a nay for me.
