like alzheimers and parkinson's. The only way to do that is to use stem cell research, right? and bush is in the way of that, and Nancy doesn't care who gets in her way(as far as I've heard, anyway). And doesn't Kerry support stem cell research?

Besides, if she wants to start finding a cure, and not 4 years from now, that means that the GOP needs to get out of the White House in January. The best way to do that to the GOP is to wreck it, by having the most right wing-ish former president's wife endorse someone who's anything but!

Anyhoo, doin' stem cell research and getting bush out of the white house is the best way for reagan to be avenged. that's something she'll probably wanna do, possibly at all costs. I mean, they loved each other so much...

There's no way she's going to endorse the better candidate, if it means turning her back on the society she so doggedly pursued her entire life.

but I'll offer an opinion anyway. NO! Nancy Reagan is a Republican, and she would not endorse Kerry. She may well, however, decline to support Bush both because of his position on stem cell research that could lead to new therapies for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and other degenerative diseases, and also because of a reportedly fundamental dislike of his family.

I just hope THEY (Bushco) leave her alone with her grief, and with her focus on an Alzheimer's cure developing sooner than later.
