What do you use to clean between your teeth, if anything?
Often, I use one of those twisty ties from the grocery store. They are better than toothpicks but not as good as a WaterPik. I think floss damages the gums. You might use the fingernail on your little finger.

5. The plastic backing from nicotine patches
I cut them in half and fold on the diagonal. I know it sounds odd, but it's really the best toothpick in the world. I also use a waterpik once a week.
