help on F9-11 ticket buying questions ?

I just tried to purchase my ticket for Fahrenheit 9-11 and it came back with a message, Purchase Failed, theater temporarily not available for online sales.

Does this mean the theater is sold out and I should try a different time? Or that the lines are busy and I should keep trying?

How are you folks able to tell if a theater is sold out? I am not able to call up seating arrangements at my theater -- at least I'm not seeing where I can do that?

Please help the clueless if you can, thanks.
