I'm exhausted. Should I exercise?
I did my 25 minutes this morning (now 1 week of doing this).

Also did a lot of moving of computer equipment today.

I'm exhausted. Should I do another 25 minute workout to feel better?

2. If you really feel overworked
than yes. However, don't just skip for being tired because it becomes easier to skip from then on.

3. It's a scientific fact that eating a quart of Ice Cream will...
have the same benefit on the body as a rigorous 25 min. workout.

Feel better? :)

Make a schedule you can keep--obviously you are having trouble keeping your current schedule. Don't overwork yourself, because you will not progress or you will cause an injury. Changing your lifestyle from one of relative indolence to one of fitness and activity takes time--don't expect it to happen all at once. Make a schedule you can keep, with workouts that don't totally drain you, and then keep religiously to that schedule. If you miss a day once in a while, don't give up because your record is now besmirched (:)), but make sure you get right back to it as soon as possible.

And good luck! :hi:

5. Eat a light snack, wait 30 min
then excersize. Try a bowl of cereal w/fat free milk.

7. Yes!
You'll end up having more energy. Moving computers helped to work your legs and arms, hopefully your abs. Now do the 25 mins and work your heart muscle.
