When you see an SUV...what % of time is there only 1 person in it?

I just happen to be extra annoyed by this at the mo'...I was driving around this evening with my daughter and we were discussing the fact that almost every time you see and SUV there's only one person in it, so we started actually counting...

19 in about a 5 mile stretch of freeway...:eyes:

On one recent trip from Chapel Hill to Raleigh, I kept wondering where all of the other sedans were... I don't think I saw more than 5 non-suv passenger vehicles in over 20 miles of highway.

7. well that and climate control, I'd love to have just a pickup

but need to keep things A/C'd and out of the sun so an SUV it is

I really wanted a minivan but it couldn't handle some of the weights i carry :(

6. You have a legit use

for an SUV, please...by all means, have one. I really hate hating them only because it is a *free* country and all, who am I to tell anyone what they should or shouldn't drive? :shrug:

But at the same time, it's a safe bet not all these folks I passed wearing business dress and NOT using a hands-free set are out kayaking every weekend y'know?
