1. What are you looking for?

How much space and bandwith do you need? What kind of scripting languages? What about E-mail? How much can you afford?

2. Don't know. I do some flash stuff....imagery...some writing.

5. A friend of mine does hosting

he purchases bulk space and hands out virtual hosts. He would probably get you at leats 50 meg with about 200mg a month of bandwidth for $10 a month. Let me know if your interested.
