1. Call me stereotypical but |

I've always associated Macs with liberals. Maybe it's because Macs are the king when it comes to working with media, and since many in the arts profession are liberals that's why I see so many Macs in liberal's hands. Who knows?
Just wanted to see if my fun little theory had any water.

3. I haven't given Linux a run |

I'm a Mac person myself, but one of these days I wanna see what the Linux hoopala is all about. In my opinion, it's good to be knowledgable of all major operating systems, but personally I can't stand Windows (and I've been a Windows person for almost 8 years) and after going to Mac, I just can't see any reason to go back to Windows for anything.

With PC you get abused by the software monopoly. With Mac you get abused by the hardware monopoly.
Either way you're playing their game.
What would REALLY change the world is if Apple released the Mac OS for the PC hardware. POW! Both monopolies busted in one fell swoop!

All of them.
Mac - 1 laptop. Windows 2000 - 1 laptop. Windows XP - 2 desktops. FreeBSD - 2 servers Redhat 9.0 Linux - 2 proto-appliances SuSE Linux - 2 servers NetBSD - 1 server. Linux - single board computer.
I've probably forgotten something.

I'm sorry I wrote this thing out too quick and didn't think of the fact that some people (including myself) use more than one OS.
