I love my my exgirlfriends's kids |
|
And I miss them lots right now. I raised them for 8 years now,and suddenly they are gone and it feels like a big heavy lump in my chest.

1. I can't imagine the pain |
|
As a divorced dad I miss them so much when they're not with me. But I know I'll see them soon.
Don't worry. It happened for a purpose of which you are not yet aware.

2. I was going to pass this by because I didn't know what to say but then |

decided maybe I should mention you that you might make an excellent Big Brother or mentor for some child. You seem to be a caring person, maybe you could fill the void in your heart by helping a child or teenager who really could use it. Maybe it would be a win/win situation for you and some lonely kid.
I feel sorry for you. Would she let you visit them? Maybe if you explained that you miss them, you could take them to the zoo or a baseball game (or whatever) now and then.

If you lived with her for 8 years you could have the rights of a step parent and should be allowed visitation rights through the courts.
edited to include the word "could"
