Just because I'm still paid hundreds of thousands of dollars every year from Halliburton, doesn't mean I don't make one hell of an effort to keep others from flaunting my utter contempt for the very notion of ethics. So when you remind voters that where there's a thick plume of foul-smelling smoke, there's obviously fire, I don't like it, Pat.

SENATOR LEAHY: I'm really sorry you feel that way, Mr. Vice President. It sounds like you feel a bit like I do when you cast aspertions on my morality and patriotism, sir. I don't like that, either.
