I make too much potato salad.

So my boyfriend tells me every time I make it, which is about once every month. He is referring to the great big bowl of it that I make (which does look impressive).

Magically, however, the potato salad spends less than 48 hours before it's all consumed every single time.

My cole slaw recipe produces about 9 quarts. No family gathering has yet consumed 9 quarts of cole slaw.

6. That's the funny thing about potato salad....

I also find that no matter how much I make, it's gone in 48hrs or less.

9. I just use the one on the back of the Best Foods Mayonaise jar...

...and add dill pickles chopped up and slightly more egg.

8. and i have sabrett hotdogs

and nothing is better than "too much potato salad" and sabrett hotdogs. except maybe "too much potato salad", sabrett hotdogs and grape soda.
