8. Me too! Tadjikistan and Turkmenistan were dumb luck!

I did know that (a) Kazakistan was the biggest stan, (b) Uzbekistan had a weird shape and a straight edge somewhere, and (c) a vague recollection of Kirgizistan's shape.

16. I Remembered Kyrgystan is East of the Others

outside of Kazhakstan, that is. Uzbekistan is directly north of Afghanistan -- they were always referring to that during the Afghani War. So it was down to the Turkmen and the Tajiks.
