Forgive me if this has been asked already, but I just saw F9-11 tonight, and after the movie was over, our group had a small discussion about it. One big question was on the footage of the towers on fire, in other words, is there any?
My roommate was under the impression (from freinds who had seen it previously) that there was film footage of the towers, but all we got was a black screen with audio.
Is there a version with film during that section, or was my roommate told incorrect information and all versions have a back screen with audio?
Thanks!

2. No footage, just the sounds. |

Which I think is absolutely the correct thing to do. He would have been accused of politicizing the twin tower destruction had he shown the images.
We have all seen the images played millions of times and I thought it was much more powerful just listening to the sounds of that terrible day.

4. That's what I thought... |

...especially after we regained vision, when no images of the towers were seen either.
I assumed that that was how it was supposed to be, but thought I'd ask since she had been told we were supposed to be seeing something.
