I have question related to business and economics...
I know this might sound like a dumb question, but I want to make sure I get it right...

If a multi-national corporation builds a plant or factory in a poor foreign country with little or no environmental protection laws or worker safety laws, do they still have to obey similar laws that the United States has regarding these matters?
