Speaking of Comcast

Has anyone been getting what seem to be extra ads from Comcast. There seem to be a flurry of ads from comcast cutting in at odd places on various stations. Based on the timing I am guessing they are trying to squeeze them in in addition to the paid advertisement. Upshot is the edits between the actual shows are getting chopped to peaces. The beginning of segmets get stepped on and very unusual cut points are being chosen. Its annoying as all get out.

Anyone else noticing this?

1. Definitely! Sometimes I think the only ads on are Comcast.

If they would come out and say they are reducing prices I would pay more attention.

2. It's a shame i have to buy cable just

to get c-span. The head ceo of comcast made around $3m last year with a $6m bonus. I don't know why he got a bonus, the quality of my cable package went into the toilet.
