It's handy for avoiding people I don't want to talk to, such as creditors.....

time until my grandmother got very senile. I would answer the phone every minute or so to hear her cheerful voice ask ,"Who am I talking to?" I loved her so and did not mind until it got to be that I would tell her who I was and she would hang up only to call right back again. I was able to at least know if it was her or my kids with the ID. She filled the storage up several times every day. Just so you do not think I was too cruel, I would answer and talk to her every two hours. She, of course, never remembered. I miss her and would love to hear that just one more time.
