I will grant you snow crabs. Blue crabs RULE over snow crabs in every form. And the flesh of their bodies is far more versatile than king -- 'tis true, about the only way to eat a king crab is to steam it and eat the legs.

But there is no food ON THIS EARTH better than steamed king crab legs with a wee bit of drawn butter.
