I was expecting him to vote for the judge anyhow. I remember when Asscrap was being considered for AG and I told Breaux not to vote in favor of him. He wrote me back saying W* has the right to appoint the people he think is best for the job. :eyes:

He's retiring this year and there's an actual Dem candidate running, Arthur Morrell. He spoke at a Michael Moore house party last Sunday. And he's pro-choice!! He said that when he began as a Rep. he was the only pro-choice rep. Now he said, after working with the other reps., he has 25 on his side. :bounce: I think I'll have to get involved with his campaign. The other dems that are running for Breaux's seat are similar or to the right of Breaux. YUCK!!

So, I called Mary's office just now and the guy on the phone seemed like he's getting some calls regarding this judge. He wasn't surprised that I was disappointed in her vote. Although he did tried to cut me off a few times, I was able to get in the judge and this bill that's being debating now regarding class action lawsuits. He said he thought she had a neutral point on this, but would pass along my message.

I think I'll write her a letter just to be sure!!
