I can tolerate a little pulp in an otherwise tasty beverege but chunks of bitter spew in a nasty, biley, eye-of-newt concoction should be actionable.

but they no longer market it in Texas. I was thrilled to find some in Illinois when I was there a few years ago.
Now I have to buy the ucky fake Lipton raspberry tea. I don't like it.
