Farm wife impersonation: now making green tomato relish
I went to the farmers' market this morning, saw the heaps of green tomatoes and knew what my mission was for today. This is my first attempt at piccalilli (green tomato relish), a condiment that sends my husband into paroxysms of ecstasy. Wish me luck!

5. Spoken like a true New Englander!
You and my husband have louder orgasms from green tomato relish than from sex!

3. Cool!
We had a huge garden one year and I did all that stuff. I learned to can veggies but failed at pickles. However, the kids were little and it was so time consuming that I have not done it since. When we get our house built out on the farm we are going back to a big garden. I will be canning and making relish then, I can't wait. Good luck. It sounds like fun. If it works out well will you share your recipe?

4. Do you feed it to him
or do something else with it that sends your husband into paroxysms of ecstasy? ;)

BTW, I had fried green tomatoes the other day with my mom after we went to see F9/11. They were yummy!

7. It's the relish alone, I'm afraid
I was sitting and talking to my friend Marie during a barbecue when Mr. Forradalom dashed in saying, "Marie! Where did you get that relish! Can I have some more?" She said it was her own homemade, and he pleaded to take some home. When he left the room, I asked, "Can you teach me to make a man come like that?"
