Rocky V was never filmed.
It never happened.
Never, ever, ever.
It exists only in the fevered imaginations of a disturbed few, like Highlander 2 and Godfather 3. Just never happened at all....

Alien - Excellent, Lovecraft in space... Aliens - Excellent, but different. Female Rambo in space... Alien3 - Mediocre at best... Alien: Resurrection - A matter of taste. Has its moments... Alien Vs. Predator - Remains to be seen...

I have to agree with the Planet of the Apes series, with the caveat that you DON'T include Tim Burton's disasterous remake with Marky-Mark Wahlberg!
All were well done and well acted. The make up for the time was beyond incredible-all hand-made, no CGI, no morphing, truly a special effects trend-setter. Because of this the acting had to be good, no way to rely on special effects to dazzle and distract the viewer from the bad acting (see note above about Tim Burton).
