How the hell would I know, I don't own a cellphone. I intend to be the last person in America without one. Hell, half the homeless people I see on the street have them. I don't know how they got airtime contracts - maybe they're finding the phones in dumpsters and using them to talk to their imaginary friends. But seeing a panhandler on a cell phone really makes me feel even more freakish for not having one. But what would I do with one? I'm phobic about the telephone!
