Our Leg, in its infinite wisdom, has passed a law making it a misdemeanor offense to sell 'clean' urine whose purpose is to help the purchaser beat a drug test; upon conviction, one can be sentenced to 364 days in jail and fined up to $1000.
I feel soooooooo much safer now...

Aren't they supposed to be trying to come up with a state budget so the Gov. can stop calling special sessions? No wonder they can't come up with a compromise.....Blagojevich should lock 'em up in the state capitol till they come up with something resembling a budget.

Sanitary considerations. Biologicals. Doesn't it fall in the biohazard category?
The bill confuses me: does it mean it is legal to sell it if it's NOT being used to beat a drug test? How do they prove it is? And where and why did thay come up with the 364 days?
